Marble processing

1. Fragmentation stage: The bulk material is crushed by the crusher to the fineness of the material that can enter the mill (15mm-50mm). If it is the marble scrap material that meets the grain size requirements, it does not need to be broken.

2. Milling stage: small pieces of material that meet the grinding conditions are uniformly and quantitatively fed into the grinding machine grinding chamber through the feeding and feeding system, and ground into powder in the grinding chamber.

3. Grading stage: The material after grinding is graded by the system of airflow through the classifier. The unqualified powder is sorted by the classifier and returned to the grinding chamber for re-grinding.

4. Powder collection stage: The powder that meets the fineness enters the powder collection system along with the airflow through the pipeline, and the gas powder is separated. The finished powder is sent to the finished material silo by the conveying device, and then uniformly packaged by the powder tanker or the automatic baler.
