Circulating load: The working process of the roller crusher is carried out in a closed loop. By increasing the vent and increasing the load in the cycle, the grain shape of the stone will get better. Throughout the process, the wear of each device in the system increases due to an increase in the cyclic load, but when the discharge port is adjusted, the load of the main crush motor can be reduced, and the finished pellet shape product becomes better. Therefore, in production, the adjustment of the cyclic load is very important.

Feed particle size: For roll crushers, the feed size can be processed by different types or different models. If the feed particle size is not suitable, the discharge quality does not meet the standard. For example, when the feed size is reduced from 100 mm to 50 mm, the needle content in the finished product is reduced by 38%, so the feed size should meet the requirements of the production equipment.
