Preparation before installation
- 1. When the Raymond mill operation site has not been installed, it should be properly kept. The exposed surface must be coated with anti-rust grease and avoid sun and rain, in order to prevent the body from rusting into the water, and establish a maintenance system.
- 2, the plant and foundation should be based on the Raymond mill installation base map size should have sufficient height and installation position, Raymond mill foundation should use high standard cement and must be buried with steel can be poured foundation, and buried pipeline or cable trench . After the cement foundation is poured, there must be a 15-day maintenance period.
- 3, should be equipped with 2 ~ 3 tons of lifting tools for Raymond mill installation and maintenance.
- 4. The Raymond mill shall be cleaned and inspected from the factory to the use time for more than 6 months. The main shaft system, transmission, grinding device and analytical oil pool shall be cleaned and checked. After the cleaning inspection, sufficient lubricating oil shall be added to each component.

Installation
- 1. Firstly, the base of the transmission device is hoisted into the pit to fill in the flat, pay attention to control a certain height, then use the level to correct the upper plane "A", and install the transmission on the "A" surface to fix it with bolts.
- 2, Raymond mill host installation. Before installation, the rubber anti-vibration pad should be placed between the joint of the lower end of the base and the cement foundation and the anchor bolt connection. Then, the “B” plane of the base is corrected by the frame level, the correction point is four points of the crosshair, and the two halves are adjusted simultaneously. The shafts "C" and "D" shall have different axial degrees less than 0.20 mm, E1 - E2 shall not be more than 0.1 mm in parallel, and the gap between "E1" and "E2" shall be kept within 5-8 mm.
- 3. The position and height of the pipeline installation shall be installed according to the general plan, and shall not be arbitrarily altered or raised. The joints of the pipelines shall be sealed and there shall be no air leakage after tightening. Electrical equipment should be accurate and reliable, and should be tested after the components are installed.
debugging
- 1. The empty load operation test machine, before the no-load test machine, the grinding roller device should be hung tightly with the wire rope to avoid contact between the grinding roller and the grinding ring, and then the host machine runs the test machine for not less than 1 hour; It should be stable during operation, the oil temperature in the tank should not exceed 80 °C, and the temperature rise should not exceed 40 °C. The direction of rotation of the main unit and the analyzer is shown in Figure 4.
- 2. The blower should be turned on at no load, and then loaded after normal operation. Then observe that it runs smoothly, without abnormal noise and vibration. The maximum temperature of the rolling bearing should not exceed 70 °C, and the temperature rise should not exceed 35 °C.
- 3. The test time of the load operation is not less than 8 hours. After the Raymond mill works normally, there is no abnormal noise in the whole machine. There is no air leakage at the connection of each pipe. After the test machine is tightened, the fastening bodies can be put into normal use.
